(AFP) – Germany will authorise the deliveries of tanks to Ukraine, a government source told AFP Tuesday, in what would be a clear switch in Berlin’s cautious policy on military backing for Kyiv.
The confirmation is due to announced at an international meeting of defence ministers at the US airbase in Ramstein later Tuesday, the source said.
